to 2 shorts. added padding to xml in case it's not really padding. fixed the string padding issue to bring it up to Nintendo's specs.

work. fixed pai1 to have its own tag now so that pat1 and pah1 can be supported.

from NSMBWii. ( usd1 support now and added a new element in txt1 after alignment that I'm not sure what it does though I assume it is for the drop shadow ) userdata is now handled properly even though I haven't found a use for it yet.
